I have 35 years of experience in the corporate, publishing and tertiary education worlds with skills in human resources development, organisation and methods, training and consulting, editing and proofreading, indexing, document formatting, coaching, academic research and management. I have been coaching PhD and Masters students since 2003.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sydney, majoring in Anthropology and Archaeology, and minoring in languages. My Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Egyptology are from Macquarie University.
I also hold a diploma in book editing and publishing from Macleay College, Sydney, Certificate IVs (Australian Qualification Framework) in Small Business Management, Frontline Management, and Leadership, and a Certificate II in Desktop Publishing.
I'm a graduate of Coach U, which is considered one of the premier coach training programs in the world.
I am a member of and adhere to the ethics and principles of the International Association of Coaching.
I am also a member of Coachville, a world-wide community for coaching, coaches, and coach training, Coaching 24/7 and am enrolled in the Graduate School of Coaching to keep up with developments in the coaching field.
